In March of 2020, my original B2B subscription customer base was nearly decimated by the pandemic.

For many companies I know the story sadly ends there. But incredibly, my team stands strong and we continue to meet our original pre-pandemic revenue goals.

Our success factor? A strategic system and culture of innovation that was established long before the pandemic. This innovation blueprint allowed us to pivot on a dime and lean into a bigger worldview and even more success.
